In no event shall gd777's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gd777 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gd777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

gd777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;

• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so;

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance checks.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.
